Soup — “Visions”

The Danish photographer Lasse Hoile (Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson) has interpreted the music and album title "Visions" in the shape of psychedelic imagery from the coast of Trondheim, Norway where the album was being recorded. The images contain many symbols connected to the album title. The "mirror cube" being the most important of those symbols, and the reason we chose to print the photographs on a holographic paper to enhance the materiality of that very cube - as well as highlighting the strong colors used.

Lasse has been working with Soup since 2005. He says: "After receiving the album demos, I got those ideas with the glass and reflections and lots of colors, it just came natural I think listening to the music."
