Sugarfoot — “The Santa Ana”

For the limited edition of the album“The Santa Ana”, you’ll find this custom envelope with photographs from the recording session. The Santa Ana winds are strong, extremely dry downslope winds that originate inland and affect coastal Southern California and northern Baja California, creating critical fire weather conditions. The graphics are NASA satellite data visualisations of how these winds move, and are silk printed with heat sensitive ink to conceptually continue the story.

Silk print: Drid machine
