Sugarfoot — “Snakes and Ladders”

While the lyrics of the song is a metaphor of a relationship’s twists and turns, the cover design is a traditional Snakes & Ladders board game with illustrations from the recording session at Rancho De La Luna and Joshua Tree – including game pieces (the band artists and the recording crew) and a cut-and-glue paper dice. On the B-side the band does a cover of the “Theme from Roald Dahl's Tales Of The Unexpected”, with label artwork inspired by the opening sequence.
